Cancellations & Refunds - Should you need to cancel your Party, you will receive a full refund of your deposit as long as you cancel at Least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Party. If you cancel after that time, your deposit cannot be refunded.
Please Note - We are an unsupervised play area. Our play assistants are there to monitor the safe use of the equipment. Children remain the full responsibility of the parents/guardians at all times (including within the party area) Socks must be worn at all times and we advise that arms and legs are suitably covered.
